These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern all transactions carried out on the Novalio website accessible at novalio.ca . By placing an order on our site, you unreservedly accept these conditions.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the product, provided that it is in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
